• Owner-only MCP tools now list project tasks, read task context, poll planning changes, create proposed tasks and record proposed planning updates.
• Task creation uses revision checks and a stable operation ID, so an exact retry returns the recorded result without adding the same task twice.
• Task context separates recorded references and dependency mentions from verified code coverage; graph coverage is explicitly partial.
• The Hub now shows a versioned Source link to its published source snapshot, with an original brand illustration and an explicit version label.
